Where we ship
AquaVroom currently ships within Canada. International shipping will be offered to supported destinations only; availability is shown at checkout.

Shipping methods and costs
Available shipping methods and their costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Within Canada:
- Standard shipping: $12 CAD
- Standard shipping is free on orders of $65 CAD or more

Delivery timing
Delivery times vary by destination and by the shipping method selected at checkout. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Tracking:

A tracking number is provided with every order. You will receive
it by email once your order has been dispatched.

International orders
Product prices are shown excluding import charges. Customers outside Canada are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes charged by their destination country. These charges are set by local authorities, are not collected by AquaVroom, and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping costs.
